We assisted with to create set of drawings and obtain building warrant. It was a bit of time but it was worth to wait.
A part of the bedroom was turned in to en - suite bathroom with walk in shower, vanity unit with basin, toll cabinet and of course toilet with build in cistern. Travertine tiles and infra red controlled mirror was superb to finish such project.
The result is a superb bathroom with all you may need in a small space.

Tiling, boxing of boiler to incorporate to the same line as kitchen units.
Client decided to reuse existing washing machine and tumble dryer.
All pipework was remodelled to achieve the result of modern kitchen.
To add comfort under floor heating was installed.

The next step was to create set of drawings and obtain building warrant. It was a bit of time but it was worth to wait.
Existing en - suite bathroom was connected with master bathroom with walk in shower, vanity unit with basin, bath and of course toilet with build in cistern. Designer tiles, skimmed walls and mirror was superb to finish such project.
